Market Update
It’s summertime, and with that, the real estate market in Scottsdale - especially the luxury market - tends to dry up. Most people escape the heat and we don’t start seeing a return to a normal-ish luxury market until September. That makes July and August a good time for buyers if you find the right house - inventory is pretty tight and sellers can be more willing to negotiate. Sellers, this is the best time to start prepping for your listing to hit mid-September.
This chart shows price per square foot for single-family homes from $1.5M to $10M in Scottsdale.
We felt the price dip from November 2022 to around February 2023, and prices have been slowly rising again to where we are *almost* back at the levels at the height of last year.
