To successfully earn the SRES® Designation, a REALTOR® must demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

An SRES® receives regular updates important to the senior community and training and is prepared to offer the options and information needed to make life-changing decisions and help seniors be as independent as possible in terms of real estate.
